Patricia Curtis, QPA, QKA, a graduate of Fairfield University, is the Managing Member of Retirement Benefit Solutions, L.L.C. She heads the administration, compliance and design units and has over 30 years of high-level pension experience in virtually all aspects of qualified plan administration. During the course of her career, she has handled plans ranging in size from one participant to thousands of participants.  Various accounting firms, government agencies and law firms have called upon her to bring neglected plans back into operational compliance.

Patricia has been a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) since 1986 and has her QPA and QKA designations.  She is also on the advisory board of a large international insurance company.

Deborah (Debbie) Tidwell, has over 24 years of well-rounded experience in retirement design and administration of Defined Benefit, and all types of Defined Contribution plans. Debbie has an extensive background in the daily plan environment as well as the more traditional balance forward plans. She attended Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia and has achieved the QPA and QKA designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), where she has been a member for the last 12 years.

Lani Mash, Senior Pension Analyst, has more than 19 years experience in the pension administration field, both in the institutional and consulting sectors. She runs the day-to-day pension administration component of the firm as well as consulting on special projects. She is a graduate of Saint Vincent’s with a degree in finance. Prior to joining Retirement Benefit Solutions, L.L.C., Lani was a Senior Analyst with Metro Benefits, Inc. a Pittsburgh based actuarial firm where she was responsible for all areas of pension administration for clients located in the metropolitan D.C. area. Lani was also a trust officer with First Virginia Bank where she serviced defined contribution plans ranging in size from one to several hundred participants.

Angela Demas, has completed her undergraduate degree at George Mason University, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance.  She joined our team in 2007, thus making her our newest Pension Analyst team member.  She has recently achieved the QKA designation from American Society of Pension Professional (ASPPA) and is working toward additional certifications in pension administration.  Angela provides financial accounting and tax returns for our existing clients and is the takeover specialist for our takeover plans.  She also assists in consulting on special projects and potential new business proposals.

Kennette Holliday, is our customer service manager.  She has over 22 years experience in office administration and customer service in various small and large work environments; including legal, consulting, non profit and government contracting.  Kennette assists our clients with questions; processes loans, distributions, hardships and any other necessary paperwork; supports Ms. Curtis in maintaining existing client relations and provides transition and continuity of services for our new clients.

Our other associates provide vital support to the ongoing operation of the firm in a support capacity.
